Q: Do I need an appointment for grooming?

A: We always recommend calling ahead to check, we book up rather quickly! We do however offer nail trims as a walk in service seven days a week with no appointment needed, but appointments are needed for any grooming.


Q: What if I buy my pets food and I get it home, and she won't eat it?

A: Return it! Please bring back the bag, we donate what's left to Sky Valley Food Bank.


Q: I normally buy my pet food somewhere else for $1 cheaper, will you match that?

A: Of course we will! We guarantee price match any store in the state!


Q: Can I bring my dog in the store with me to shop?

A: Absolutely! As long as your dog is on a leash, they're more than welcome to come and shop with you!


Q: Will I get any sort of discount if I'm a repeat customer for grooming?

A: Yes! If you schedule your pet's next grooming appointment when you pick them up from our salon, you will get $5 off that next appointment!


Q: Do you offer obedience classes?

A: At this time we do not, although we support several local trainers, and we would be more than happy to make those connections for you!


Q: What's the best food for my pet?

A: There are many, many answers for that! It depends on price range, allergies, what kind of protein your dog prefers, and more! Come on in, and we'll show you what we have!
