What is Sam’s Return Policy?
Sam’s Return Policy:
Sam’s unconditionally guarantees all of its food products and will refund the full value of the product, no matter how much was used. All we need is to know why, and in some instances a home address.
For all non-food items you must have your reciept, or be entered into our customer database up until 30 days after the sale date. Also the item cannot be used and must have ALL original tags still attached.
The exceptions to this rule are Cat Posts, Cat Furniture, Dog Toys, Cat Toys, Beds, Kennels and Crates. Sam’s doesn’t assume responsibility for your pets enjoyment of the toys or their ability to destroy things. NO toy is indestructable. For furniture, posts, beds, kennels, & crates once they leave the store they are yours. The ONLY exception is crates and kennels still in their original packaging. The manager may make an exception for store credit or partial refund, but only in extreme cases.
